These Terms of Use and Service govern your use of our website and your participation in any bicycle tours or experiences operated by our team in Battambang, Cambodia. By accessing our website or booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these terms. 1. Booking and Payment Policies All tour bookings are subject to availability. To secure your reservation, full payment or a designated deposit must be made at the time of booking. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice, though confirmed bookings will always be honored at the original rate. 2. Cancellations and Refunds We understand that travel plans change. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour departure will receive a full refund.
