Kanha, Manager

Kanha embodies Soksabike's spirit, her connection to rural Cambodia as strong as her commitment to its communities. A Pursat native, her passion for languages and problem-solving drew her to Soksabike in 2013, inspired by its mission to empower women, protect the environment, and foster thriving communities.

Kanha connects financial support with local businesses, strengthening daily life. She envisions sustainable mobility empowering women, and seeing students gain confidence through English practice fuels her dedication. Kanha's passion drives action—whether navigating complex challenges or a winding cycle path, she approaches every task with flexibility and dedication. Inspired by "done is better than perfect," she drives sustainable change, one pedal stroke at a time.

Phalla
Skills: Bike Mechanics, Tour Operations, Community Engagement.

Phalla (Phalla Chhay)

Battambang native Phalla Chhoy champions community, conversation, and environmental consciousness at Soksabike. Passionate about cycling and learning, he joined in 2013 to refine his English and empower his community, finding both within Soksabike's responsible tourism model.

Phalla envisions expanding Soksabike's positive impact, creating thriving families. He's passionate about stimulating local businesses and fostering cross-cultural exchange. His dedication is evident in small acts, like offering sunscreen to tourists on his first solo tour. Inspired by "Responsible Tour to reduce environmental pollution and using refillable bottles," his drive comes from these acts of service. Phalla is a passionate learner, a dedicated sharer, and vital to Soksabike's community engagement.

Pek
Skills: Content Creation, Digital Marketing, Product Design.

Pek (Sopheak Pich)

Pek (Sopheak Pich) joined Soksabike in 2023, drawn by the chance to combine his passion for exploring Cambodia with a purpose-driven mission, contributing to community development and responsible tourism.

A creative innovator, Pek is eager to develop new ideas. His ideal role at Soksabike allows him to create unique experiences showcasing Cambodian life and landscapes. Guided by initiative, creativity, and forward-thinking, Pek thrives at Soksabike. Inspired by Alan Cohen's quote, "You are not here to duplicate and replicate. You are here to initiate," he constantly enhances Soksabike's offerings. He finds joy in tourists experiencing Cambodia's beauty.

Sopheak
Skills: Tour Leading, Guest Relations, Local Culture.

Sopheak Pich

Battambang native Sopheak Pich is passionate about sharing his city's culture and hidden gems. He thrives exploring Battambang's streets and countryside with Soksabike.

Since joining in 2024, Sopheak has used his English to connect with visitors, turning strangers into friends. He embraces learning and new challenges, aspiring to be a lead guide introducing visitors to cafes, markets, and stories. Kind, friendly, and reliable, he's always ready with a smile. Inspired by Carol Burnett's quote, "If you've got a dream, you've got to grab it and never let go," Sopheak pursues his goals, making every interaction meaningful.

Pich (Yath Pich)

Siem Reap native Yath Pich, 23, joined Soksabike in 2024. Born in Angkor Chum district, Pich is currently studying English Literature at Sihanouk Raja University.

Pich is a fast learner who takes initiative and embraces new challenges, from learning new tour routes to mastering the assessments that follow. Inspired by the quote, "Initiative is doing the right things without being told,"—Elbert Hubbard, Pich is driven to proactively contribute to Soksabike's success. Gentle and humble, yet full of bravery and curiosity, Pich brings a unique blend of qualities to the team.

Lisa
Skills: Historical Exploration, Cultural Exchange, Cycling.

Lisa (Proeung Lisa)

A native of the Ek Phnom district, Proeung Lisa has a deep love for exploring, learning about history, and cycling. Joining Soksabike as a tour guide in July 2025 was a natural fit, but for Lisa, this role is more than just a job—it's a path to achieving her dreams.

She is excited to work in an environment where she can develop herself, master her English skills, and communicate with people from around the world. Lisa was drawn to Soksabike's mission as a social enterprise, particularly its focus on community development and training university students. She approaches every tour with an innovative and adaptable spirit, inspired by her personal belief: "Your weakness will be your strength."

Visal

Visal (Hor Visal)

Driven by a passion for travel, cycling, and sharing stories, HOR Visal is a natural tour guide. For him, working at Soksabike is the perfect way to connect his personal hobbies with his professional goals. As an English major, he is dedicated to improving his communication skills to ensure every guest has a clear and memorable experience.

Visal joined Soksabike in 2025, drawn to its mission of creating opportunities and preserving local culture. He approaches every tour with an optimistic, flexible, and supportive spirit, guided by the belief that, “Whatever I put out into the world will always find its way back.”

Sam Sokmolika
Skills: Administration, Bookings, Guest Support.

Sam Molika (Sam Sokmolika)

The friendly face greeting you at the Soksabike office is likely Sam Sokmolika. She handles all the behind-the-scenes administrative work that keeps our tours running smoothly.

From processing bookings to answering email inquiries, she ensures that every guest has all the information they need before they even step onto a bicycle.

Maureen
Skills: Event Management, Sustainable Development, Strategy.

Maureen Wyse

Maureen worked in Battambang with the Soksabike team from 2017 - 2018 leading the transition from Soksabike's original expat founders to the current local ownership and management team. She has experience in Event Management as well as extensive international experience.

Maureen is now attending George Washington University in Washington D.C. USA for a Masters in Tourism Administration focused on Sustainable Development. Maureen is regularly working with the Soksabike leadership to help ensure Soksabike maintains its position as the top bike tour operator in Battambang!
