Local Livelihood Tour - Half Day or Full Day
With our guide, you will spend your day exploring the countryside around Battambang on a bicycle visiting Cambodian families who produce traditional products (such as rice paper, dried bananas, bamboo sticky rice, and rice wine), made in the same way they have been for generations. You will learn first hand about every day life in rural communities which make up over 70% of Cambodia’s population.
Half Day Highlights: Meet families that make traditional products such as rice paper, dried banana, bamboo sticky rice, fish paste and rice wine. Enjoy seasonal fruits and coconut water. Finish by visiting a memorial site for the victims of the Khmer Rouge
For Full Day Tour, you will continue on to: Enjoy a delicious Cambodian lunch at a family home. Visit a Buddhist Temple and learn about Buddhist principles and practices. Visit French colonial architectural sites and learn the history behind them. Bamboo Train (Optional, afternoon stops dependent on preferences and time)
The ride is about 25k. The tour starts at 7:30 and returns around 12pm. This tour is suitable for people of all fitness level.

Half Day Tour - cost per person is $27 for 1 pax, $25 for 2-4 pax, $23 for 5-7 pax. ($13 for under 10 years old and $17 for 10 – 15 years old.)
Full Day Tour - cost per person is $40 for 1 pax, $37 for 2-4 pax, $34 for 5-7 pax. ($25 for under 10 years old and $20 for 10 – 15 years old.)
