What time do the tours run?

Soksabike is open for tours from Monday to Sunday and organize’s tours upon request. Due to the warm weather in the tropics we encourage guests to depart on tour at 7.30am to make the most of the cooler mornings. However, if this is a tad early for your holiday routine we are more than happy to accommodate your requests.   The tour leaves from the Kinyei office on street 1.5, just south of Psar Nath. Check it out on our map. Upon booking we will arrange a Tuk Tuk to pick you up from your hotel or guest house half an hour before the tour is due to depart and bring you to Kinyei’s office.

How much is the Soksabike Tour?

Soksabike’s Tour is  $27 per person, which includes:

• Tuk tuk pick up and drop off
• 1 coffee at Kinyei Cafe before departure
• Fresh seasonal fruit and coconut
• Khmer snacks
• Khmer lunch (on the full day tours only)
• Bike
• Helmet
• Knowledgeable Local Guide/s
• A Soksabike memento to remember your journey through Battambang
• Compensation to all the family-run businesses we stop at along the way

Recommended tour size for the best experience

To deliver a Soksabike Tour comfortably the maximum group size we recommend is 6 people but we can accommodate a maximum of 8 people per tour if the group would prefer not to be split up. If you have a group of more than 8 people we can devide the group in 2 and schedule them to leave 30 minutes apart.

This ensures:

• We deliver our customer promise of a personal and interactive experience with the community and the guides themselves.
• We limit the impact and disruption we have on the places we visit, we don’t want our groups to be intimidating.
• The tour is conducted in a timely fashion.

Cancellation Policy

Soksabike understands that guests need to cancel tours sometimes due to sickness or a  sudden change in plans or rain. For these reasons we ask that a deposit of 50% must be made in person at the Kinyei Cafe or Soksabike office on Street 1.5 at least one day before the booked tour.

In the case of heavy rain, groups of 2 or more will be offered to complete the tour on a SoksaTukTuk or half of their 50% deposit back. Bookings of one person will not have the option of a SoksaTukTuk and will be offered a full refund upon arrival.
